Sheraton Khalidiya Hotel

I’ve stayed at several hotels in Abu Dhabi for business trips, but this one was by far the best in terms of comfort and convenience. The staff were incredibly friendly and respectful, always going above and beyond to solve any issues. Special thanks to Rachele and her colleague Jane, whose exceptional service truly stood out. They ensured every detail was taken care of, making my stay not just pleasant, but memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays.

I stayed for literally few hours as I picked up my friends from airport. But this was enough to see that hotel is nice especially night shift team. Everyone were great and focused as usually people in night shift are sleepy and slow due to limited staff and slow operation. Yash or Yish, I am not sure how to spell his name, but receptionist who checked us in was very professional and friendly providing us all information about hotel, and in same time fast and efficient. Same I can say for housekeeping and concierge. Breakfast was super tasty, and lots of variety. Just a advise for life cooking station, I asked for scrambled eggs but got omelette, not sure if he knew what I was asking even I explained. However, this is nothing major, I still ate it and was great.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Khalidiya from 31st August to 1st September, and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Despite my late-night arrival, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in process. Their professionalism and courtesy immediately made me feel welcome. What truly made my stay exceptional was the unexpected complimentary upgrade to a suite, which was a delightful surprise. The suite was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed, providing every comfort I needed for a restful stay. The staff's dedication to providing top-notch service is evident, and they truly made my short stay memorable. From the friendly smiles at the front desk to the attentiveness of the team, I felt genuinely cared for throughout my visit. Overall, I would rate my experience at the Sheraton Khalidiya as excellent. If you're looking for a hotel that offers not just comfort but outstanding hospitality, this is the place to stay. I will definitely be returning!
