Sheraton Khalidiya Hotel

I’ve stayed at several hotels in Abu Dhabi for business trips, but this one was by far the best in terms of comfort and convenience. The staff were incredibly friendly and respectful, always going above and beyond to solve any issues. Special thanks to Rachele and her colleague Jane, whose exceptional service truly stood out. They ensured every detail was taken care of, making my stay not just pleasant, but memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The location couldn’t be better — close to local attractions, shops, and transport, yet still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of fresh options, and the staff made sure everything was well presented and constantly replenished. What really stood out was the warm and welcoming service — every staff member I met was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Everything was great. The staff helped with any questions. On the day of arrival, the employees immediately helped with luggage, which was very convenient. Check-in was quite fast and cold drinks were served while waiting. The rooms were very clean and cleaned every day. The internet worked very fast. The breakfast was very tasty and varied. The sea was very close to the hotel, we could reach it on foot in 10 minutes. There were supermarkets and places to eat near the hotel. Thank you for making our stay more comfortable.

The staff were just lovely! From the reception desk, to the valet guys, the cleaners...everyone provided such great customer service! Special thanks to Babu, who was cleaning our suite. His attention to our needs and his friendliness were just great!
