I stayed for literally few hours as I picked up my friends from airport. But this was enough to see that hotel is nice especially night shift team. Everyone were great and focused as usually people in night shift are sleepy and slow due to limited staff and slow operation. Yash or Yish, I am not sure how to spell his name, but receptionist who checked us in was very professional and friendly providing us all information about hotel, and in same time fast and efficient. Same I can say for housekeeping and concierge. Breakfast was super tasty, and lots of variety. Just a advise for life cooking station, I asked for scrambled eggs but got omelette, not sure if he knew what I was asking even I explained. However, this is nothing major, I still ate it and was great.

All the staff extremely cooperative,polite,helpful and professional.Services were very efficient and quick.Our requests for extra bed and microwave oven was instantly accepted. Location is excellent,in the heart of the city,near to markets,general stores and major tourist attractions. We are really thankful for making our stay memorable and outstanding.One of the best ever hotel stays. Special thanks to the reception and housekeeping staff. Special thanks to Mr.Abdul Majed for his services.
